Faith Shift 2023: Tues Eve

I have created this group programme to help you bear witness to your own faith shift and to build your self-trust as you seek to move forward in authentic and life-giving ways. Find courage to embrace the spirituality you have as well as listening to your desire as you move forward in deep connection to you truest Self and the Divine. 

Over ten weeks, you'll receive a weekly email with links to a video, and an audio meditation or guided exercise. You'll also have a comprehensive workbook to accompany you through the weeks, with journalling prompts and creative practices. 

We meet every two weeks in our group for spiritual direction together, a supportive, spacious and non-judgemental space to process and bear witness to your faith shift. Past participants have described it as deeply transformational. 

**Please make sure you are registering for the group at the correct time for you. One meets Wednesday lunchtimes, one Tuesday evenings.**
