Sacred Light - Summer Solstice Retreat

A 90 minute guided retreat to invite you to receive the gifts of this season of light. Using poetry, music, journalling prompts and creative exercises, we will consider the ways that we experience Divine Light and how that light travels through our lives. 

We will consider light in the movement of the day:

Dawn - the light of awakening and soul-stirring, of rising to the invitation of life and setting an intention of presence.

Noon - the light of clarity, of necessary challenge and merciful exposing, of growth and action.

Twilight - the light of celebration and joy, of resting and relishing, of gratitude.

Candlelight - the light of kindness and hope, of waiting and remembering, of embrace in the sacred darkness.

This space is for you. You are welcome to come with screens on or off, to participate as much or as little as feels life-giving. For those who like to process with others, there is an optional half an hour after the retreat is ended, to stay and talk with fellow participants. 

This event will be recorded (excluding the final discussion with participants to protect their privacy). The recording link will be emailed within 48hr and will be available for one month after the retreat, so you can revisit the content as often as you like. 

For the first time, I am offering a "pay what you like" ticket option, which I hope will make this accessible to anyone who wants to join!
