Sacred Thresholds - Autumn Equinox Retreat

Transitions can feel scary and hard. They ask us to leave behind the familiar and surrender to the unknown, to accept uncertainty. Transitions are liminal spaces, where we are not once we once were but not yet what we are to become. It can feel daunting and destabilising, and threaten our sense of Self.

Come and retreat for an evening at this quarter point in the year, the transition from warm to cold, from light to dark, from summer to winter. Be still, listen to the whispered invitations of the Spirit in the changing season. We will use poetry, music and movement to accept, understand and begin to navigate through the unique transitions in our lives.

This is a live online retreat; it will not be recorded. This is time and space for you to be with God and with yourself, led by an experienced spiritual director and retreat leader. There will be an optional chance to stay and chat with other participants at the end of the 90 minutes for those who appreciate that opportunity.
