Registration

To register you need to complete all the required fields on the registrations form, and read through the Terms and Conditions and Information for Participants. Once you have registered, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • You will update us if any of the information you provided changes prior to the event.

  • All registration information you submit must be truthful and accurate.

  • You must be 18 or older to participate alone.

Cancellations

Ordinary Pilgrim may need to cancel an event due to insufficient uptake, adverse weather conditions, unexpected ill health or other reasons. In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email and the registration fee refunded in full.

If the date of an event needs to be changed, all participants will be notified by email and given the option to either transfer their place to the new date, or cancel their place and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their place up to two weeks before the event with a 100% refund. Please email hello@fionalynne.com to process the cancellation. We will endeavour to refund you within two working days.

If you need to cancel within two weeks of the event date, we will offer you a 75% refund. At our discretion, if we are able to fill your place with another participant, we may refund you the full price of your ticket.

All cancellations within 48hr of the event are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your place, in which case we may refund you up to 100% of your ticket price at our discretion.
